                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
                  GRANT FROM ALLIED ARTS AND THE COMMUNITY
                  FOUNDATION IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND FIVE
                  HUNDRED DOLLARS ($10,500.00) TO BE USED FOR
                  THE "IN YOUR FACE: NEIGHBORHOOD PORTRAITS"

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of a grant from Allied Arts and the Community
       Foundation in the amount of $10,500.00 to be used for the "In 
Your
       Face:  Neighborhood Portraits" project.
